Gender Pay Gap Report for 2016 – 2017

At Liaise Loddon, we are keen to attract a diverse workforce and have fair and balanced rewards strategies in place.

In line with the regulations, we have now published out first Gender Pay Gap Report and the key statistics are available on the Gov.uk website.

In summary, men and woman are paid very similar rates within the organisation, with women having a slightly higher mean pay.

Also, while social care often attracts many more women than men, 45% of our staff are male, with this being reasonable even though the pay quartiles.
