Meet Our Co-workers

……………………………….

If you are looking for a great place to work you are in the right place. We work hard to build trusting, long-lasting relationships with our co-workers as well as with the people we support.

We’ll make no bones about it: this is demanding and sometimes difficult work. But it’s also a lot of fun and immensely rewarding. Our people develop close bonds not only with the people they support, but with each other.

Meet some of our team members Ben, Martyna and Samuel by watching the video below.

Q1. What is it like working at Liaise Loddon?

It’s great, the co-workers and service users make it worthwhile. The recognition from Head Office is such a boost as well as the enjoyment from the job itself.

Q2. What do you get out of your job at Liaise Loddon?

It’s one of the most rewarding jobs I think you could do, next to nursing, once you start seeing the progress you can make with the service users. It is one of the best jobs you can do.

Q3. Why do you like working at Liaise?

The support we receive is really good from managerial levels in our homes and from Head Office. Head Office co-workers come around a lot to the homes and they always know you on a first name basis, and it is really nice to be recognised in a company. They want to progress you and help you get all your QCFs (vocational qualifications) all the training you want is there and available, it is really good.

Q4. What is the best part of your job at Liaise Loddon?

When the service users start to accept you into their lives, I think that is a massive thing. That is really nice, I had one service user who didn’t accept people at all, and it’s taken 16-18 months for her to accept me into her life and now she has, and I think that’s my biggest reward so far. THE most rewarding job you can do!
