As the Registered Manager of Marika House where seven people with learning disabilities and autism live, you’ll oversee all aspects of the home, to ensure the delivery of excellence in Care.

You will have responsibility for the whole home, this includes providing strong leadership of the management team, ensuring that the needs of the people we support are met, managing the staff team, monitoring and improving the quality of care and support.

You will be supported in your role by a team of specialists who will provide guidance on managing people, budgets and positive approaches, enabling you to become an ambassador for our service and our ambitions, a role model that inspires a committed, motivated team, and enables excellent relationships through positive and open communication with everyone we work with and for.
